The Company / History
In 1975 Klaus F. Müller founded the müller-ratiolab company, which started with the development of a new pipet tip. Already a short period of time later müller-ratiolab presented the first pipet tip rack. During the following years the range of scientific disposable products was growing fast, by adding disposable cuvets, analysis vessels and cryo-products to the range. Simultaneously the national and international distribution network was growing. Today ratiolab® co-operates with laboratory dealers in more than 30 countries.
In 1998 Johannes Frauendörfer became the owner and managing director of the müller-ratiolab® company and renamed it into ratiolab® GmbH. The portfolio of the product range, the markets and the distribution channels were optimized and structurized consequently and purposeful. Today the product range covers four branches: cryo-products, liquid-handling, life-science and lab-ware. The production and warehouse capacities have been significantly increased to guarantee a fast delivery on schedule for our customers.
