As a leading international manufacturer of laboratory consumables we have been supplying laboratory dealers in Germany and abroad as well as domestic end customers from industry, research and medicine with high-quality and innovative laboratory consumables made of plastics for almost 50 years. Our Think! team will work with you on developing customized product solutions for laboratories and closely align with you throughout the whole process from development to serial production.

About ratiolab®
Almost all single use products are manufactured at our production facility in Szada/Hungary. Every day, tens of thousands of laboratory articles are produced on state-of-the-art injection moulding machines using high quality plastics and tools with utmost precision. Upon request, we develop customized packagings, in large or small quantaties, assembled based on your cleanliness requirements.
More and more, there are new, specific requirements when it comes to single use articles. Our Think! team is at your disposal for designing and developing high quality, individual plastic articles based on your ideas. We will accompany you on every step of the process: from jointly discussing ideas, to CAD-design, construction and production of a prototype, and all the way to serial production and packaging.
Our products are used in applications at micro-molecular-biological, medicinal and chemical laboratories every day; some of them have to endure very high temperatures. This is one reason why we use innovative and high-quality raw materials already at production – upon request even in a cleanroom 7 environment.

Another expample are ratiolab®’s high quality standards. Every year, we have independent certification agencies come in for ISO 9001 and 13485 audits. So far, ratiolab® has never failed to achieve the respective status.
The packaging materials used by ratiolab® are reintroduced to the recycling process. Simply this effort has helped to generate savings of 14t CO2 emissions in the past year. To put this in perspective: 14.000 m² of forest will filter this amount of emissions from the air in one year.
Whether it concerns energy-efficient construction materials for headquarters or production, photovoltaic panels, energy-saving lighting systems or the separation of everyday waste – we at ratiolab® consider this normal course of business.
